Welcome to your new EMPOWER: Restore 12 Week Postpartum Guide! This guide has been created for Women embarking on their postpartum journey and looking to restore, rebuild and re-strengthen their body inside and out. This guide has been expertly created by myself (qualified pre & post natal trainer) and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist Clare Bourne - enabling us to create the most robust, empowering guide packed with everything you need to rebuild your strength (and confidence!).
WHAT’S INCLUDED:

Suitable from 6+ weeks postpartum
Progressive training plan designed to slowly rebuild & restore your strength
Over 70 pages of knowledge, insight, training, motivation, mindset & more
Tailored training specific to postpartum recovery
Home based workouts using minimal equipment (dumbbells, long & short resistance bands, chair & low step)
3 workouts p/week (1 x Upper Body, 1 x Lower Body, 1 x Fully Body) with advice on how to tailor this to be 1,2 or 3 days p/week depending on your needs and schedule
All workouts 30 minutes or less
Program designed by myself, a fully qualified pre & post natal trainer
