This is a complete Training, Nutrition and Lifestyle coaching package, ideal for those looking for a custom training program and guided nutrition support to help them level up towards their goals. Whether you have a specific fat loss goal, are looking to gain lean muscle, or returning to fitness postnatally, I’ll be guiding you every step of the way, every single week.

What’s Included

  • I am a Pre and Post Natal Qualified Coach and a Level 2 and Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer. I also have a Level 3 in Nutrition for Physical Activity and have completed the Precision Nutrition Level 1 Nutrition Certification.

  • * Individualised training program specific to your goals & experience (fat loss, lean muscle gain, postnatal etc.) with exercise selection to fit equipment you have access to (e.g. gym, home, home gym)

    * Individualised calorie & macro daily breakdown specific to your goals (fat loss, lean muscle gain, etc.) with adjustments made weekly as/when needed (please note, this is not a meal plan but empowering you with the education & tools you need)

    * All content delivered online via your own private profile on your mobile app with video examples of every exercise

    * On hand contact direct with me to address any concerns whenever you need me via in app direct messaging with 24 hour response times

    * Track & measure your progress e.g. progress photos, body metrics, weights lifted and upload form videos for me to review as well as notes/questions on individual workouts

    * Bi-Weekly check-ins (every other week) to monitor progress where you will receive a voice message direct from me talking through your week, questions & focuses for the week ahead

  • £200 for 8 Weeks

    No tie-ins, you are purchasing an 8 week block in full. You have the option to renew onto another 8 or 4 week block once your plan finishes.

  • Once you purchase and complete your sign-up form, your spot will be secure. I will then contact you to discuss your start date, which will always be on a Monday.

  • Not at all! I coach clients all over the world. Everything is hosted online so it doesn’t matter where you live.

  • Absolutely! When you purchase you will complete a sign-up form which will tel me everything I need to know, from specific goals, challenges, experience and more.

  • Of course! I am a fully qualified Pre & Postnatal trainer. The only difference is I will not provide you with nutrition information since this won’t be applicable.

  • There is no minimum term, you are free to cancel and leave at the end of each month. That way you can stay with me for as long or as little as you like.

  • Absolutely not! I take on a very limited cohort of Women, because I truly believe in delivering the best personal level service. Therefore my intake numbers will always be limited.
