Introducing EMPOWER: Bloom - your complete pregnancy training guide designed to coach you through 30 weeks of workouts carrying you through from Week 7 to Week 37 of your pregnancy. Created in partnership with Pelvic Health Physiotherapist Clare Bourne this guide is equipped with everything you need to feel empowered to workout safely, effectively and confidently throughout your pregnancy.
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
30 weeks of pregnancy workouts (Week 7-37)
Over 150 pages of knowledge, insight, training, motivation, mindset & more
Tailored training to each trimester of pregnancy
Home based workouts using minimal equipment (dumbbells, long & short resistance bands, chair & low step)
4 workouts p/week for Trimesters 1 & 2 (2 x Upper Body, 2 x Lower Body)
3 circuit based workouts p/week for Trimester 3 (1 x Upper Body, 1 x Lower Body, 1 x Fully Body)
Option to perform fewer workouts p/week depending on your needs or schedule (2-4 for Trimesters 1 & 2 and 1-3 for Trimester 3)
All workouts 30 minutes or less
