This is a complete 8 week 1-1 Training, Nutrition and Lifestyle coaching package, ideal for those looking for a custom training program and guided nutrition support to help them level up towards their goals. Whether you have a specific fat loss goal, are looking to gain lean muscle, or returning to fitness postnatally, I’ll be guiding you every step of the way, every single week.

I am a Pre and Post Natal Qualified Coach and a Level 2 and Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer. I also have a Level 3 in Nutrition for Physical Activity and have completed the Precision Nutrition Level 1 Nutrition Certification.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • Individualised training program specific to your goals & experience (fat loss, lean muscle gain, postnatal etc.)

  • Individualised calorie & macro daily breakdown specific to your goals (fat loss, lean muscle gain, etc.) with adjustments made weekly as/when needed (please note, this is not a meal plan but empowering you with the education & tools you need)

  • Exercise selection to fit equipment you have access to (e.g. gym, home, home gym)

  • Introductory PDF explaining how to get started & get the most out of your coaching

  • Training PDF explaining the basics of training principles, progressive overload & training intensity, to enable you to get the most out of your training plan

  • Nutrition PDF explaining macros, fuelling for female health, micronutrients, supplements, protein powders & guidance on a more intuitive approach to nutrition (if numbers aren’t your thing)

  • All content delivered online via your own private profile on your mobile app

  • On hand contact direct with me to address any concerns whenever you need me via in app direct messaging with 24 hour response times (often sooner)

  • Track & measure your progress e.g. progress photos, body metrics, weights lifted

  • Video examples of every exercise

  • Upload form videos for me to review as well as notes/questions on individual workouts

  • Bi-Weekly check-ins (every other week) to monitor progress where you will receive a voice message direct from me talking through your week, questions & focuses for the week ahead

  • Programme adaptions every month and adjustments made weekly if needed
